[Jhn 10:16 KJV] 16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, [and] one shepherd.

This is to be the first in a series under the general subject of the “other sheep” that Jesus discussed. I take that to refer to His followers that are not ethnically Jewish. To a large degree those “other sheep” were outside the scope of Jesus direct ministry. He Himself proclaimed that He had come to “the lost sheep of the house of Israel.”

[Mat 15:24 KJV] 24 But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.

Likewise when He sent the twelve He deliberately excluded the Samaritans and the Gentiles.

[Mat 10:5-6 KJV] 5 These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into [any] city of the Samaritans enter ye not: 6 But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.

Likewise when He sent out the seventy shortly afterward it seems to be limited to places where he planned to go.

[Luk 10:1 KJV] 1 After these things the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come.

In a future discussion we will focus on the “other sheep” that Christ did tangentially reach in the course of His earthly sojourn.

Primarily this series is to look at God’s program before and after the physical presence of Jesus on earth for all nations. There is a surprising amount of evidence in the Bible but there is also a convergence of evidence from secular history and also our own contact with those nations that is assuring that indeed God has been at work and still is to make Himself known.

We will discuss the Before Christ appearances around the world of “high places”.

We will expand on new textual understandings of creatures in the “heavens” and in earth.

We will integrate direct conversations from spirit brokers redeemed out of shamanism.

We will explore God’s intent to again bring all of creation to a single administrative state that Jesus taught us to pray for when He prayed, [Luk 11:2 KJV] 2 “Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth.”

We will explore evidence of the “sons of God” and the “counsel of God” and the “hosts of heaven” and the seventy nations and dividing of the earth and “lights” in heaven and textual insight brought by the Septuagint and the dead sea scrolls.

By way of disclaimer I want to say that some of this is outside the scope of normal doctrinal statements and are the results of my personal experience and study and those of others. I will not be consciously presenting content that is contrary to sound doctrine but insight that I have found helpful. This series will not be content that we propagate in our recordings but reflects personal convictions that have arisen out of a lifetime of cross cultural experience accumulated in the pursuit of those recordings.
