How Geneva Serves with Global Recordings Network

Geneva’s primary functions as the Personnel Director are to plan, direct, and coordinate personnel (human resources) and recruitment at the Global Recordings USA office.  She also collaborates with the Administrative Team as a servant-leader in promoting and executing the mission and vision of Global Recordings Network.

On Faith & Family

Geneva came to know Jesus as a young girl with parents who taught her about Jesus and modeled his love and care.  She has served the Lord in many capacities at her local church and throughout her life and continues to serve wherever the Lord places her.

In Geneva’s office you will see pictures of her adult son and daughter and their families, which include four beautiful grandchildren.

Background & Qualifications

Geneva served alongside her late husband as a pastor’s wife in their local church for many years and continues to serve at her local church in Temecula in various ways. In 2011 she completed her Master of Arts in Organizational Management with an emphasis in Human Resources. This degree has helped to prepare her for her role at Global Recordings.  In 2015, Geneva retired from a local public school district after 16 years as a classified administrator.   Shortly thereafter, she began as a volunteer at Global Recordings, which led to her current position as an Associate Missionary, Personnel Director.
